Well I have 1334 ELO,

It appears bronze medal on my profile, but how can I get that thing around my ICON?

The banner outlines were given to those in each elo range at the end of season one. I assume if you retained your elo and season 2 were to end you would receive a bronze elo banner outline.

So .. when season 2 ends I should receive a bronze elo banner outline ?
only in the end of the season then?
