How do you join on in to the PBE Server, i wish to know because i wish to join the server and try out all the new patches

its 4000 rp and 10000 ip

the servers suck though and its only really to try out champs

It's not there to try out champions, that's what free weeks are for.
I think the name (Public Beta Environment) gives an idea of what it is. If you're still unaware, it's beta-testing for the public.
