Comparing poppy/akali and Veigar ? WTF ? poppy and akali can be compared, but veigar is different... his not melee what is a basic difference, and he is full AP, and his core item is DFG which empowers his burst, and poppy is kinda AD counter (due to armor passive)

Combos:Veigar- ult, q, deathfire - kills one target and has to wait 2 mins to kill smeone else, dies
Akali - ult, q, proc q, proc lich bane, e, proc lich bane, can do it again instantly, has stealth
Poppy - e, q, proc lich bane, w, proc lich bane, ult if necessary - situational, ult dependant

poppy for being the scariest total set up. veigar for the most viability for getting into late game. akali for being the most viability early game.
