armor for typical top and jungle
MRes for typical mid.

HP for squishies, usually AP carries.

Depends on what you play, but if you are gonna buy more armor early on (vs such enemies as GP). The amount of armor you can get early on will effectively reduce the incomming damage, wheres HP would only make you last a tad longer.

hp runes are situational, if top is a haraser you will not get much from hp runes, and if top is a life stealer/spelvamper yeah give him what to brink his teets on, armour or magic rezist usualy are better cause you get mroe valour out of them in the entire game and you stop some life steal from the enemy

there are champs that benefit greatly from hp, like mundo who has more regen and you can stay at low life sometimes to deal more damage whit e, but it is situational

but i need that runes only from 1 to 6 lvl
so the best will be
seals: armor
glyphs: MR
quins: 3xHP or 2xArmor1xMR

i think

btw why only 26 hp cost 2k ip?
