In other words, +0.1 AP ratio, mana cost x2.

They don't need to make mantra skills feel like ultimates, they need to remove her farm dependence.

Guinsoo is posting updates about her on twitter which are about her Mantras should feel like Ultimates and not as needed Improvements for ur Skills.
So for example he added a Knockback on Matra Q.

I dont know about the rest, but the" remake "makes her Op --> It isnt released and it while take some while, but it is on the way

From previous remakes we know for sure. She will be op or totally useless.
But that's good, at least she can't get anywhere worst.
