your awnser can be found in the introduction on page 1:
"We have players of all ages and many nationalities there ranging from level 1 to 30 so all are welcome."

Basicly i've seen under lvl 10 players to above ELO1500 players...

so hop on the zen truck and come play some relaxing games with us
