Well as the title says: how to lose elo without losing?
Im solo/duo queue'ing alot, and i lost alot at the beginning.
I have 60wins/52loses at the moment, and 1011 elo
I see people with 1300 rating who have like 30/30 or 80/80.

How did i fck my elo up?

u missed the placementmatches ... first 20 games are offered high elo amounts + and - ... after that it decreases to about 10-13 point ~50-60 games mark.

You loose 10 elo every time you dodge a game too.

you quit on champion select. had the same problem season 1 after 100 games played i realised that LOL.
whenever you quit during champion select it counts as you have lost the game.

If u duoque with a low elo-player u will lose rank aswell. Im 1400 and I sometimes play with a friend of mine who has ~900 elo. I get like 8-11 elo when we win, and lose 14-16 each loss. That ****s ur elo up too bro

First few games give you around 50 elo for winning or losing. Probably the answer you're looking for. In other words, if you mess up early on, the effects are bad.
