Heimerdinger IMO.
Ive never met one that didnt feed in over 500 games.

What would Heimerdinger do, if he was here right now? He'd die a bunch, a dozen or two! Thats what Heimerdinger do!

Edit: Why the downvotes? He asked about our personal experiance and thats mine.

I've not found this to be true, Heimer is a great lane pusher/defender, tho his usefulness does drop in late game team fights

Zilean/Heimer

While in the right hands they're just as useful as anyone, almost every person who plays these characters drags down the whole team.

Rivens on my team (apart from me ^^) are always useless, yet the ones on the enemy team get fed everytime and 2 shot everything.
