I don't really have a standard champion, i like all champions that are AD..
Now my problem is, since i dont have a specific choice of champion, what rune build should i go?

What would be the best overall AD Rune build? Because i have no idea :P

Red = Armor pen
The rest really is different from champ to champ.
For some you need manareg/18 yellows, some doesnt even have mana. If you want a okish overall build, i would suggest : red = armor pen; yellow = dodge; blue= cooldown/18; quints = damage, armor pen or whatever...

Marks: Armor Penetration/Magic Penetration
Seals: Mana Regen per level/Dodge
Glyphs: Flat Cooldown Reduction
Quints: Flat HP

Sylian speaks the truth. Of course, those runes cost 2100*3+820*18+410*9, that is, one full runepage is 24750 IP with dodge seals, and 19215 IP for a page with mana regen.
