cause 6150 ip seems a lot to me!

I have 3 MR quints,2 AP and 3 Armr pen.

4,5% movement speed seems fine but i don't want to give IP for nothing!

They are great runes, I absolutely love them. You can position yourself so good with them, plus if you grab boots along with them in solo lanes you will dominate it early.

Absolute awesome for singed, used hp quints before I bought them, I'd never go back . Also good for jax I'd say.

you really need them as ashe if u want to carry the game.

They are sexy on most melees/ tanks and especially on dudes relying on positioning like Blitz. Also, almost 400 ms at lv 1 is awesome.

They are pretty good. Much like other runes they depend on your play style, and which champ you are playing, though to a larger degree then usual.

4.5% might not sound like a lot, but they really do make a noticeable difference.

What are your most played champions?

They are very good on Singed, Ashe, Mordekaiser etc. Along with Boots as a starting item and if you already have taken the movement speed in the utility tree you become Sonic the Hedgehog.

Garen, Mordekaiser, Renekton, Singed, Blitzcrank and Udyr are all amazing with Movement Speed Quints.
