I think janna because of 2 ccs a slow more movment speed and a shield(which is pretty nice early to haras)
Sorakas heals are pretty nice but not rly cc execpt of silence, she rly nice in early game
Sona is not bad too, can heal, can deal dmg, have an aoe Stun. Her auras are nice.

lolz.., everyone who is choising janna has no clue how this game works/plays a whole different style than I do..
