Active1: Return magic;
Dorian puts up a shield that lasts 5 sec, which makes him take only 50% of the damage of one spell,
the attacker take the other 50% damage.
HP cost: 20/30/40/50/60
Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12
Active2: Silence; Dorian puts a enemy chamipon and him self under silence for 3 sec,
when silence ends dorians cooldowns a reduced by 3/4/5/6/7 sec. This ability does not affect itself,
and gives only 50% reduction to global silence.
HP cost: 10/20/30/40/50
Cooldown: 25/22/18/16/15

Active3: Speach less; Dorian curses a enemy champion to take 50/100/150/200/250 damage + 0.5 per ability power
the next time it uses a skill aiming for Dorian. Does not stack.

Ulti: Global silence; Dorian casts silence on all enemy champions which lasts 2/3/4 sec,
when global silence ends Dorian takes 250 damage -0.5 per ability power.

History
After killing his parents at the age of 10, Dorian started to wander arount in the world seeking a place where no magic what so ever could be found.
He never found such a place, and started to realise that he would have to create it himself. But he hade all the means for it.
Dorian hade no talent for normal magic, so by accident he killed his parents with the ability that he now calls Speach less.
The only thing he could do was making other people the used magic regret it,
he does not realise that his abilities is an old form of magic itself.
So Dorian is now the leader of the organisation "Silence", which only goal is to remove all magic from the world.
I know its probably just a champion I would like but anyways <33
