Hmm veigar I can accept...but sion? He gains 3 hp per kill at maxed E if I remember right, so atmas give u 0,06AD per kill. I want to see u farm any reasonable AD with that.

Maybe not put by Riot, but it would cap at a number, it has something to do with the programming language, but I'm not sure.
