Story:
Worel was born near to Freljord,in a village Thunderia. This village was famous of the storms and it's mages had learned how to summon the power of the lightning and storms, but they were good in martial arts too, they had lightning reflexes. Worel already in his childhood was talented in magic and also in martial arts, he learned faster as other children. Once a day a huge storm appeared above Thunderia. The mages of the village wanted to turn the power of the storm to their own good, but they failed, the village destroyed,and everyone died. Worel was found not far from Thunderia by villagers of the neighbor village. As he grew up strange things happened near him. Sometimes when he was angry a storm appeared from nothing. The villagers told him the true of his origins. They told him the story of Thunderia and that they found him near Thunderia. Because of his hot temper more and more storm appeared near him and near the village. Worel decided that he go to the League of Legends, where he can give way for his hot temper, and for his storms.

"If you see a great storm, it's not natural wonder ... it's only Worel."

Worel is a melee caster. He hits with his weapon, when he hits the animation can be a little lightning or something like that.

Worel charge his weapon with lightning and pierce with it forward.

Worel pierce with his weapon forward, and deals 50/125/175/200/225 (+90% of his AD) burn enemies mana (40% of skill's damage).
Static electricity - With mark on the enemy you can't miss the enemy.
Cooldown 14/13/12/11/10 sec
Cost: 45/55/65/75/85 Mana


Chain Lightning [E]
Worel cast a lightning which bounce between 2/3/4/5/6 enemies. Deals 90/100/110/120/130 (+30% from Ability power) magic damage. Each next bounce deals 5% less damage. Didn't go on the same enemy multiple times.
Static electricity - The chain lightning can bounce more times the same target.
Cooldown 20/20/19/18/18 sec.
Cost 60/70/80/90/100 Mana

Calling the Storm [R]

Worel call the power of the storm and he round himself with lightning. While he rounded by lightnings he deal damage to the nearby enemies, and the giant lightning knockback the enemies.

Worel will be rounded by lightnings and instantly deal 150/300/450(+50% from AP ) damage to nearby enemies, and knockback them for a little distance.

Cooldown 120/110/100 sec.
Cost 120/160/200 Mana

Little changes in Stats. He now has mana.Passive reworked.
Passive:Battery: Worel doesn't has mana he has lightning energy. He cast his spells from lightning energy. Storm's pierce generates Lightning energy.He gains 8 Lightning Energy=LE when he do damage to someone or he gains 4 LE when he got damage from someone. His lightning energy decrease by 2,5% in every second.
Added bonuses to skills.

Well first of all the "thunder storm" type here already exists ( Kennen ).
After looking the the skill you proposed i see that no skill is passive, or defensive. Making a hero with 5 offensive skills is not such a good thought. He would either be really op or be a feeder cause of no escape mechanisms ( ok, maybe except that silence )

But kennen's ultimate is not like Worel's Thunderstorm. Kennen's ulti deals damage to random nearby enemy. Worel's Thunderstorm deal damage to all enemy at the area, and slowing them. And because its slow its not bad for escape, i think.

R ->Kennen,Fiddlesticks
+1 for own sketch, but its Olaf's and Janna's Kid.
Even the theme suit's so it is theyre child

I also would suggest something else for thunderstorm, also original but we have'nt it in LoL
Chain Lightning
Next Worel's melee attack will create a lighting which bounce from 6 enemies. Initial damage is 50/60/70/80/90% AD. Each next bounce is 15/10/8/6/5% weaker.
