I am not completly sure but if you open your logs in \League of Legends\Air\logs and find your most recent one you can see a lot of things about the games you played and one of them is your ELO.

It shows my ELO for ranked so I am guessing that the one for normal games is also correct.

1970 it says for me and you can also see the ELO of all the other players in the game, wins, leaves and how much ELO you gained/lost.

Edit: If it is hard for you to find it you can close your client, then open it again, play a normal game, then close your client again. Go find the last log and search your name in it.

Yea your actually right but if you have done a lot of things like looking at other peoples profiles it also shows their normal elo.

The easiest way to only get your own elo is:
1) Close league client
2) Start league of legends again
3) Only open your own profile and then close League of legends.
4) Find the latest logfile (should have a time-stamp of today / this time )
5) Then search inside the log (ctrl+f) for "Unranked:rating"

If you want to see your friends elo just do the same thing but instead of opening your own profile open theirs.

Also your League of legends client has to be closed or it will say that the log-file is in use.

Mine was Unranked:rating=1706:wins=595:losses=546
