Hi guys, I've been playing Annie for a while now and I wondered which runes competitive players use.

I go for

Flat health quintessences
Mpen red
Dodge yellow
Cooldown blue

I wondered if ability power / lvl in blue would be better or not, so you get the better burst possible.
I'd like to have mid to high elo players opinion please.

idd i use manaregen seals to works better for me

i agree with the blue and red ones.but why dont you try to use mana regen for yelow instead?they are great i suppose
