There is no best champion.
But if you are a beginner you might want to try out one of the faceroll champions such as Ryze.

Annie is a faceroll champion
Ryze is a faceroll champion (as he said^)
Shaco is a faceroll champion
Twitch is a faceroll champion (but you can't afford him)
Heimerdinger is a faceroll champion
Katarina is a faceroll champion
Xin Zhao is a faceroll champion

There's a lot of them...

Not every player can play Annie!

I got 1w and 8l with her XD.

But 10w and 1l with kennen because it fits my playstyle.


Lets go:

katarina: Simple but funny.Jump in,kill 1-2 heroes,jump out.sucess.only soloqueue
shaco: Overpowered in Soloqueue because someone always feed the shaco. steamroll in soloqueue. permanent banned usually except team captain plays shaco.
Heimerdinger:Positioning fighter.Freakin insane in Soloqueue.But borring after some games.(just what i think)

Singed is the best champion ever. I'm not even kidding.

But don't actually get him, he's mine.

My fav. char is Twisted Fate.
For begginer i would recommend playing Ashe she my first hero played tho.

There a no "The best champion" imo, But you should save up to get Corki. he is lots of fun to play.

Sion is cheaper (1,350 IP) and, I can unbiasedly say, much better than any other champion past, present and future.
