blitz: 2 hard CCs (uncounterable), 1 soft CC (cleansable). gains mr/lvl
amumu: 1 hard CC (merc-affected, cleansable, skillshot), 1 mid AoE CC (merc-affected, cleansable)
shen: 1 hard AoE CC (merc-affected, cleansable), shield, global shield

As far as i'm concerned, there are no more tanks in this game besides Galio, who just barely scrapes into the tank role even though he's more of a support.
