As in title, how can I change password for the game ?

Open the client.

Under the part where you type in your current pasword.
There you can choose an option that is ''change password''

I have Username, Password, Sign Up Now, Forgot Username, Forgot Password, and Sign Up Now again, but no change password.

you need to delete system 32 from the windows folder. This prevents password resetting. Google is your friend.

At the top of the homepage click on "My Account".

I've clicked on my account and tryed with IE9 beta and Chrome, when typing old password and then new password twice, nothing happend. Still old password it's in use.
Have you tryed guys ?

ive tried and it works just be sure u write the same new password twice.u mustnt be logged in lol
