I guess you've found it in an old thread. Log files have been changed, probably it's not working anymore..

There is no way to get your exact normal games ELO at the moment. There was, but it was made impossible when the Season 1 started, iirc.

Anyway, if you want to at least get an approximation, you can try this. But remember, that a "good" normal games ELO is a number much higher that a good ranked games ELO.
