Dunno what all are biatching about to be honest here. He is an excellent midlaner that almost has no counter but to counter others. His roaming is just pure awesome and lane...Wow.

Yes he is totally worth the IP IMO. And the "Nerf" recently was actually a buff. They fixed his E so he could get extra DMG but because of OP they had to nerf other abilitys. Still almost no difference between now and then (He is stronger now)

Of course he's viable, league of bruisers and talon has his silence and great mobility and is hard to counter so yea he's great mid in my opinion.

By the way, he was 57% winrate give or take, of course Riot had to nerf him, i never even noticed the changes to him until i read again the patch notes.

I'm always happy to face a talon with a common ap caster (cc helps).
Buying lill early armor, kiting, good damage trading and good positioning for abilitys
and champs like Talon, Kha or Lee are lost in midlane.

Kha'zix is way better imo and they got the same mechanics in the basics
