I actually don't see why they're called "Shadow Isles skins" when they're clearly Harrowing-themed, and as such should fall into the limited Harrowing category.

Plus, isn't it odd that there'd only be 3 Harrowing skins this time around, when all other events have 5 or 6? It simply looks like the Maokai/Hecarim/TF skins were artificially categorized as something different.

it's very simple for me and my friends. if they're limited we'll buy them instantly. If they're common we won't even look at them.

Its essentially saying "hey, I've got something cool. You never will. hahahahahahaha"

If you make them available all year, then bring back kitty kat katarina and witch nidalee for a couple days :P

I'm torn on this. While I understand the need for limited skins due to rarity, I'm kinda in a bit of a pickle. Moaki is my favorite character, I play him in about 9/10 games and this skin is much like one i was thinking of suggesting and would like to buy.

Unfortunately for me I'm currently traveling in the land of OZ with no access to a game client to buy the skin, and won't be home till next year.

I'd love to buy it, and think Roit should consider creating a web based shop so people in the same situation as me can still buy charaters/skins on any web enabled device without the client and not completely miss out. This would also be good for people who'd buy something on sale but can't cause they currently don't have client access.

I can't play, but I still follow the game and know about this offer so would buy it if I could unlike someone who comes to the game later or stopped following it and doesn't know about the offer. That's a big differance

Shadow Isles and Harrowing skins... I would really like for them all to be legacy skins since they all do fit the harrowing theme,(shadow isles skins more than harrowing).
But I also think that since the shadow isle skins are more of a themed skins based on a location in the lore and not the harrowing event they should be permanent.

The poll results are final, and the Shadow Isles skins will be Legacy. They will be in the store from the next patch until November 13. As with all Legacy skins, they may return to the store for special events in the future.

The timing of the next patch is unknown at this time. It is a large patch and is being worked on diligently day and night here at Riot.
