I was wondering do these champ reworks take you longer than creation of completely new ones? It took a long time between Kayle and Gangplank reworks. Hope this is something you wil do more steadily from now on. I wouldn't even mind if there were more reworks than new champions :P

The Wuju Bladesman needs a remodel, methinks.

pantheon's splash art should be replaced with chinese splash art imo, his current splash looks so out of place..

They can take longer. The design process can take longer as we have to make a new, yet still true to the original, concept. From a production standpoint it definitely takes at least as long as a new champion as all, and I mean all aspects are reworked, from model, to animations, to particles. Add onto that the skins that the champion might have and.. yeah. It can be a lot of work =)

However, we feel it's totally worth it.

Hopefully it will indeed be more steady in how we produce them as we have Katarina and Soraka both being worked on simultaneously. We've also staffed up a lot recently, adding more resources to our pipeline to more effectively deliver content that's of better quality.

Don't worry, you'll see more visual update reworks =)

Again, can't comment on pipeline or anything, but I'd agree that he's also in desperate need. I don't think he's up to par.

Oh and how come Bladecraft Orianna which was released besides Urgot skin didn't get any new particles? Don't get me wrong the skin itself artwork and model wise is really high quality but i was kind of expecting at least new shield particle since the ball was different.
I think there was even youtube video showing a different shield animation.. How come it wasn't incorporated at release?
( i know you probablly didn't have anything to do with the skin and all so i'm sorry about all this tough questions XD)

Huh.. not sure. I don't know if we felt there was a huge need for particle changes. Sorry, totally stumped here!
