so is it like gamedesigners approach to you with a champion skill set and say we want a yordle or human etc.....and u put up dozens of arts of those champs and select the best one out .and your friend Kienan finishes the job and what comes out is a perfect material.

I personally would love to see her startfall changed. In the way it is right now, it is both not really that good a spell but it doesn't look to good either ^^ The new skins launched in the game is a prove that Riot is going for game with "better" looking graphics.

What i am still wondering about, is why the heck a player must steal the thread which a Red made on NA just to get us a little attention.. This is a disgrace tbh, where is the teamwork between EUW, NA and EUNE. I know this have been a topic for years now, but this is really not ok in my eyes. Atleast give every group of players a possibilty to be a part of the game progress, we are your players aswell, we are paying for your game aswell, and we are a part of your survival.

Sort of. The idea can come from anywhere. Design, creative, art, whatever. Wherever the suggestion comes from, I'm one of the guys who works on the initial concept. Or, if we ideate on a skin and it's something I'm suited for, I work on it.

Kienan and the splash artists produce what you might consider as the promotional material for the champion or skin, showing off a final product in an exciting way.

No idea. I just was poking my nose around here and found the thread. I agree that it's not a great way to spread the discussion across the different territories. I hope that eventually we come up with a solution to make our messaging more accessible and universal. I'd love to be interacting with more people. I very much thrive on it. I also think the more engagement we drive, the better. You are our player base and you are vital to us. I don't want anyone to feel neglected, I'm genuinely sorry you feel the way you do in that regard. I wish I was able to cast a spell and fix all the ills. But all I can do is participate and put in what small amount I have to offer the community and hopefully you'll find value in it.

Noooooooooo not the bananas!

It's a tricky situation. It really sucks that whenever you DO come by to post and contribute, you get hammered by posts complaining and/or raging why you haven't been around more, or why we're being forgotten. I can understand the tediousness of having to address those issues time and again, and it takes away your time in replying to topics you like, and can actually add something to from your job perspective.
It happens every single time though, and I can understand how it takes away any joy in coming here, as every time you do, you get flamed at. It's a nasty cycle, because if you never come, those complaints increase, and when you do come, you get them thrown in your face. Simply ignoring them will probably make 'em even angrier, so that's not a solution either.

In any case, I enjoy having your around and hope to see more of your posts.
