Joined a draft pick. Was told I would be supporting, decided teemo only to see the chat flooded with:

WHAT! Teemo can't support!
Useless!
No stun, nothing!

and some other abuse.

How many times has a teemo shroom saved your life? How many times has a blinding dart netted a kill for your team? or stopped a wild xin gank?

I said this and was still met with, those are useless.

Opinions guys? I couldn't stop rofling.

Teemo is considered a support champion, well at least riot says so.
So, ignore them, i personally love teemo.

I know he can play support, he is a support if built for it. I laughed so hard xD They were so adamant.

No idea how you can compare a Blinding Dart or a Shroom to a Janna tornado/heal/monsoon, Soraka heal+armor buff/silence/AoE heal, Sona's heal/MS buff/AoE stun, etc. Also Teemo without items is useless, hence he's a bad support.

Also, you can say the same thing about Teemo's skills to Morgana's Dark Binding+ultimate, Galio's shield+ultimate, Nidalee's heal, etc. Having utility on a champion doesn't make him a support. Being useful even without items does.

Please stop trolling and than getting mad that others are mad at you for trolling, that's just perverted!

Teemo is a top laner.

I wasnt comparing them xD It doesn't change the fact that he was a support.

i played support teemo, it was funny wards and mushrooms every where, blinding enemies in team fights and oracles all their wards then running off with movement speed boots
