Might just be me, not sure....but when I went on it to try to test Vlad out in a custom bot game, the latency was terrible. I want to help out but it's hard to do so when the game moves slower than a serial killer snail fleeing the scene of the crime.

Can we make some ideas for skins in LoL I have much of them but here is one
I have idea for skin for wukong and I call it Horror Wukong
He dressed like a knight but his armor is red and black color and he have a helm with a horn on it .His eyes are red and teeth are sharp.His iron rod looks like a doublesided spear.
