Why should i play Corki?

He's got really strong poke still, the nerfs to his Q do seem to have hit him pretty hard though. I know the live team have some plans to give him a bit of help but dont want to throw so much extra power or utility at him that he returns to being such a completely dominant AD carry choice. Instead I gather he'll be getting a pretty small buff to be followed by more later if appropriate to gradually put him in a good place balance wise without overshooting (something that has occurred with champ buffs in the past, GP for example).

becoz corki is fun....

but i have to admit, he is prtty lackluster compared to other range ads.
Ezreal got a better poke.
Vayne got better true dmg.
Tristana got a great steriod.
Graves got way better dmg skills.
Urgot (well i just count him in :3) hast got a prtty insane range.

Q - Just like Caitlyn or others, weaker but reveals brushes.
W - Free flash every 15 seconds
E - Insanely awesome armour shred
R - Poke, poke, poke, poke, poke, poke, poke
Passive: +10% dmg, how is this not awesome?

Corki DOES have the most damage from carries. Most of you (including "pros from high elo") build him crappy - Trinity Force is useless.Get a normal Ad Carry build - Ie+Pd and enjoy your true damage.

Before the patch, Ie+Pd was around 80% more damage output than TF+AD for the rest of money. Now it's even more.

Oh and he has the longest dash out of AD Carries (on par with Tristana)

Also great pre teamfight poking thx to his ult, great abilities, but not dmg wise - utility wise.

If u're doing bad it means that u must play MUCH more custom and vs AI games. Corki is NOT an easy champion and he is NOT early game champion by any means. He needs lots of CS more than champion kills, cause CS is a SAFE way to get gold and Corki cant really afford dying in the laning.
Also positioning on him is very important thing.
If u die a lot with him early, u can always build 3 or even 4 doran blades to start with and just patiently CS.
And dont listen to ppl who say that buying more than 1 doran item is a bad thing. They are BEST cost effective items in the game. And u can always sell them later on.


TL;DR Play more practice, vs AI games, use more dorans, learn what positioning and CS is.



ps. Corki outdamages EVERY SINGLE ranged carry in the game past 30 minutes into the game.
This is exactly why the comunity is going to ****. this guy takes the time to try and help and everyone downvotes because he isnt level 30. yet posts like "cus u bad lol" are fine and if you have a red sticker, say anything and its upvoted....

Stuff this guys said is pretty spot on. While learning a new champ playing safe and stacking a few dorans is a decent idea.
