Easy artwork, just reverse the colors of the current one.
His ulti would make him scream "LIIIGHT" While making it so bright the enemy cant see anything.
Edit: Not important but the OP should tell the truth IMO. that picture is just the recolored chinese art of Lux. Not accusing you of stealing or anything.

Thats a pretty nice work, but i dont think some scenario colors or efects match at all.
For example the smoke and fire at the left and her legs seems almost transparent.
